# AHV/IV-Fallnummer

## **1. Versicherungsnummer (=AHV Nummer)** <a href="#ahv-iv-fallnummer-1.versicherungsnummer-ahvnummer" id="ahv-iv-fallnummer-1.versicherungsnummer-ahvnummer"></a>

Die AHV-Nummer ist immer eine 13-stellige Nummer. Seit Juli 2008 ist diese anonymisiert, d.h. sie enthält keine identifizierenden Merkmale mehr (z.B. das Geburtsdatum).

## **2. IV-Verfügungsnummer** <a href="#ahv-iv-fallnummer-2.iv-verfuegungsnummer" id="ahv-iv-fallnummer-2.iv-verfuegungsnummer"></a>

Die IV-Verfügungsnummer ist **seit 1.1.2000** 14-stellig und besteht aus folgenden Teilen:

* IV Sektion (3-stellig, Bsp. 301 für die IV-Stelle Zürich)
* Jahreszahl (4-stellig, Bsp. 2016)
* IV Fallnummer (7-stellige Nummer)

Für Patienten **ohne oder unbekannte IV-Verfügungsnummer** kann man folgende Nummern verwenden:

* Gültig für Abklärungsmassnahmen: IV-Sektionscode + 280\
  &#x20;(Bsp. Zürich 301280)
* Verfügungsnummer fehlt oder ist unbekannt: IV-Sektionscode + 000\
  &#x20;(Bsp. Zürich 301000)

**Bis zum 31.12.1999** waren die IV-Verfügungsnummern noch 9- bzw. 10-stellig und bestanden aus folgenden Teilen:

* IV-Sektion (3-stellig, Bsp. 301 für die IV-Stelle Zürich
* Datum (total 6-stellig Bsp. 060994), unterteilt in 3 Teile
  * Tag, 2-stellig (06 für den sechsten Tag des Monats)
  * Monat, 2-stellig (09 für September)
  * Jahr, 2-stellig (94 für das Jahr 1994)
  * Evtl. noch eine Folgenummer.
